    Another Simon Renshaw-Smith (VCS) attempt
    to extort money

"A Lambert Smith Hampton spokesman said: We introduced permits to improve parking for local residents however we have been informed they prefer the previous permit-free system. With that in mind we are in the process of cancelling the parking control and all issued tickets.

Who will pay for the termination of the contract? Service charges will be going up.

I also bet property management companies get kickbacks for selecting specific PPCs.

If a managing agent fails to act in the best interests of the residents, it is unlikely to remain MA for that block for very long. The withholding of service charges would, I am sure, soon make it see sense.
