Sky Reward Mastercard - Serious Issues 1st Dec 17 at 2:41 PM
Not sure if this is the correct place for this thread.

I signed up for Sky Broadband in august only because i got the 100 MasterCard reward. I waited and waited for it and eventually called, they tried to fob me off with lies basically, however i had the terms and conditions of the deal in front of me, so eventually they told me that the card (eden red) would be with me in 10-28 days. It has been well over that now. I have just hung up from sky after eventually getting through but then being put on 'silent hold' for over 30 minutes while the girl on the other end of the phone check my account.

Can anyone advise me on a way round this or what i can do, i was really relying on this for Christmas Pressies.

    thanking you all in advance
