    Section 20 charges 30th Nov 17 at 8:39 PM
Hello I purchased my local authority property in September 2015. I have just received a bill for 7000 for communal electrics that were replaced in 2013/14. I was not informed of this charge during conveyancing although there is a note on my section 125 for communal electrics. Does this cover work completed before my purchase or even my request to apply under the right to buy scheme.

    Many thanks in advance

  • Ah these care free days of watching #ENG score 5 goals in the first half of a World Cup match. It reminds me of... Never.
