Replaced windows 29th Nov 17 at 12:16 PM
    Hi,

I am selling our house and I said that we have replaced the windows. All we done was take the only panes out and put new ones in. We didn't replace the actual frames or anything but we are being asked about a FENSA. We don't have one as done it ourselves about 2 years ago. For this, would we need one? I thought it would be if we are taking the whole windows out? Help would be very much appreciated!

    Thanks everyone

If replacing panes of glass like-for-like, Buiilding Regulations certification (via FENSA, local authority, CERTASS etc) is not required.
