Morning WB Hope the first week has gone as well as can be expected and if you're there this weekend that you've managed to sort the older 2 out to go to their friends.

If coffee is what gets you through keep drinking it xx

    Evening.

No weekend off unfortunately just as full on as through the week. If not more. We are hitting the peak of the bad stuff and it's hard. I don't think it ever gets easier pinning down your little one why they get cannulas and things done. It's definitely been a tough few days. I've definitely spent more than I should on coffee for me and sweets for youngest.

I'm praying this will all pay off.

Hope you've all had a lovely weekend xx

You are doing so well, it must be so hard to keep her still for the meds or whatever they are doing, but if you are at or almost at the peak of the hard stuff at least you know it will start to get better soon - and you are 1/4 of the way through now and heading to halfway so keep going and keep reminding yourself that you are one fantastic mother who deserves every mouthful of coffee and more (and little one deserves the sweets)

Hi WB Hope DD's treatment and your new daily routine is proving easier for you all this week. You're 1/3 of the way there now so hang in there. Fingers crossed this will all be worth it in the long run. xx

    Evening

Thank you. It's going as planned. Not as tough as it's been. A long way of where we need to be. Still long and pretty stressful.

How long is January though? Still 10 days till money in again. Where am I up too. No idea.
    From what I can remember
    Paid school ú150 for childcare
Paid ú18 for DD a school trip
Spent the best part of ú20 on coffee/sweets and painkillers. Mainly coffee

Really need to top my phone up

Can't wait for some normality to return. Think we are all feeling tired

Hope everyone's well I will catch up again with every one as soon as I can

    x

    Thank you SA

Managed to get enough together to top my phone up.

I'm struggling with 'myself' there's a very dark black cloud looming.

DD has another school trip need paying for. She's really looking forward to and some will be aired on tv. The excitement is real.

DS has mock exams this week and next and is hating it on top of the long days. We've had a lot of tears and attitude.

Youngest is okay. It's tough but on the right track. She literally wants to stay on the train and go to the sands every single day. Will have to work this in next month/the month after. Maybe for her birthday.

I've gone from feeling on top of everything and it going well. To just about keeping my head above water. To now drowning again. Have chased the DLA. Should receive a date for the tribunal very soon but still no date set. I explained how tough things are. We've been propped up with help and food etc from elsewhere just to keep the roof over our head and now I feel like I'm not sure how to make it through another month.. then another.. And so on. I need a break

    Bit doom and gloom

Is it worth visiting your doctor and explaining to him/her exactly what you put in your post? It's a huge pressure that you are living under financially, let alone the enormous pressure from juggling hospital visits and the older 2. The doctor must surely be able to write a letter to DLA to explain the impact the prolonged delay is having on your own health. Thinking of you ...
