Morning Wannabe. Hope you and the smalls all have a lovely weekend. It's grey and miserable here today and apart from dog walking I'm don't think I'll be doing much else today. x

Just catching up wannabe and you're doing so well. The fairy cakes and baking with little ones sounds like a great idea - something to do and something yummy to eat for lunches.

Hope dla paperwork sorted soon for you. X

Item sold on eBay for ú4. I have stamps to cover postage so sent the Paypal money over to the Credit card (plus 21p) to make it an even number. Will pop it over to the post office soon.

Smalls want Pasta bake for dinner, so going to use what was supposed to be spag bol and make it into a pasta bake as I'd defrosted it already. Plus youngest can have her long awaited garlic bread

Statement gets produced on the 18th and then the payment due on the 4th. Hoping I have more gone by then... I'm not sure I have anything else to list though. Unless I list one of the smalls (Just joking before anyone calls the social )

One other item has a 99p bid ending this evening and one I don't think will sell. Think I will put DS's old coat on and some trainers I got youngest a while a go that don't fit correctly. If I do 5 days then they will end so I can pay it of the card before the statement is due.

The good thing is I have straightened all the cupboards back up again looking for things to list

You're doing really well with the CC and with interest so high every bit really will help. Was it used for something that you didn't see coming (I'm not asking what by the way ) I'm just wondering if your day to day expenses will mean you need to keep using it? x

I originally was using for Rent Teafor2 Paying it off and putting the weeks rent back on as I'd got into that cycle when the DLA first stopped, then they changed the limit from ú100 to ú150 and then I put some food and things the smalls needed for school on it in December because it's the only way I could get them then the rest is mainly charges and interest so there wasn't enough to pay the rent (how I got behind to make me be paying the extra ú25 a week for these 6 weeks ) Once it's paid off it won't be being used ever again.

The high interest rate is tough enough but it becomes a vicious circle when charges start to be added as well It's good that you don't think you're going to have to use it again. x

I definitely won't use it again.

The fees are ú12 each for over limit/late payment so sometimes as much as ú24 plus the interest.
