    Back in May this year I decided things had to change. I turned to here and received an amazing amount of help and advice. Here I am making a fresh start.

I hope you're managing to take some time for yourself so that you can stay strong, and that you are able to ask for help when you need it. I know there are many people on this site who would help you however they could in a heartbeat, so lean on us, or anyone else you can.
