In fact, there seem to be several Free From items, frozen and fresh, on RTC in M at the moment. I'm just mentioning this now as it's likely I won't be updating the list for a few days as I'll explain in my next post. Elsewhere, I've got Hall's Haggis 454g and Simon Howle Gluten Free Haggis 454g each on 1 RTC ( - check back to see if Sains. probably beat that?) and Simon Howle Bagged Haggis 908g 2 RTC in M.

Some of the RTC free from fresh items may not necessarily be in the free from shelves but could be on aisle ends or other shelving near those places, such as M the Best Free From Cookie Selection 450g and M the Best Free From Shortbread Selection 450g at 1 each that I have found from within my stores.
