Just had a very quick conversation with Toby from Energy Efficiency about smart meters.

These are the same people from the other week who persisted even though I said I didn't want one. This is their fifth call to me.

So today I re-stated that I didn't want one. He asked why. I said because only 80 units out of all the millions that have been installed can cope with switching energy suppliers.

He said thanks and bye and went without arguing.

The first A I went to, the 2 for 3 on the porridge wasnt kicking in
Decided to call at another and bingo

Half the stand was priced 2 for 3 and the aisle end was 2.38.

Just hoping the APG works now. Paid for with a womble plus 68p

Evening all, lego glitch (thanks to Savvy Deals post on facebook) at Argos. It is supposed to give you 5 off for every 25 you spend BUT its actually giving you 5 every box of lego bought when you use the promotional code on their website when you spend over 25. You do need to pay online before you go and then collect at Fast track. Hope that's useful to someone!

It worked on Batman mini figures for me (my only limit was what was in stock locally) and on Ninjago movie maker (4.99) and on movie Spinjtzu (6.99)

So with a couple of Ninjago sets (reduced) at 11.99, I had 6 items total 38.95 for 15.99.

    Thank you. DGS birthday sorted.

He has for sure......Has made a lot of friends already......He went out the first weekend with some of his new work colleagues....Only when he ordered the Taxi....He had to wait two hours.....Foolishly he drank a bit too much spiced Rum before he went out and more beverages during the night...He tells me that he could not remember too much about the night.....Monday morning he was the talk of the office....He had apparently been using his charm on his lady office colleagues having kissed most of them during the night.....

He now has a bit of a reputation....Not that he didn't before...I really do not know where he gets it from......That's my boy......

Thanks both of you, Iast week I decided to just go for a part time shop job for now, filled out several applications and had an interview today and she said after usually I tell people we will be back in touch in a few days but we think you will fit in well so want to offer you the job. got home and offer from head office already emailed.
Was looking at a cafe locally but after research since the big chains have hit locally in Pwllheli 8 places are closed. Costa and Weatherspoons are packed the local cafes are empty so decided not to take the risk. But am going to do some baking at local coop kitchen to sell locally.as well as a part time job xc
