Yep, I actually begged the paramedics not to take her there:(

    That does not sound good.

I once organised for an ambulance to take someone to a large hospital with a good rating.... well that was a mistake! No system is perfect, but we can try to make it as perfect as possible. x

Yes. They don’t have the best reputation but it was an emergency admission and we have no other A&E in the area any more.

Thanks Locarr, that’s where she is and that’s my concern. Nothing has been mentioned at all, which didn’t seem right, hence my question.

Sounds like you need to take a proactive approach. Ultimately hospitals are not allowed to discharge a patient (sorry cannot remember the correct terms) unless they have to have somewhere safe to go to. Also remember you can refuse to take on the care as they may allocate most of caring to you (we did this with our nana, she was placed in a residential unit).

If she is self-funding (over £23,000) and needs home care, the easiest way to progress is to get a private company in to assess the house and provide care (we were recently told this by adult services for mum).

I think it is a case of he/she who shouts loudest gets heard the most x

    Savvy, took the plunge!

2 1lt bottles of FG and yoghurt plus 1 banana cause I missed lunch, gave me £8.29 v S. :)

There you are - there was no need to worry about it at all and I knew it would work!:D However, I was too frit to say so in case of an off-chance that it didn't.

A's must have put their price down to £16:(:( - I was hoping it would give more! Works out at same end price though and £16 instead of £18 made it risking less.

    2 FG 32 v 32 M.
So not picked up from 3.30 shop this afternoon.

There's no chance at all that it would pick up £15 for M today.

Buy it tonight then. Definitely don't wait until 4am tomorrow (need enough time to check before 6). Especially given that it is T's:mad::mad::rotfl:.

Wrong one, as it picks up the mbuy on the original bill, unless your store wasn't displaying the mbuy on its shelf across Chomp and Curly Wurly and another store was not available to you. In that circumstance buying the flashed one is the best you can do in such a store as if you get the other you will pay full price and have no argument for anything less. Otherwise the wrong one, that I've bought twice:(.(:rotfl:)
