Then again, if I had buying at 6.39 and trying to compare against T at 2.50 on the last day of their offer, I wouldn't risk it - they always update to full price on the APG between the earlier shop and mine. I have been caught out far too many times on Sunday afternoons, even early in the afternoon, when the morning was still working. T go to full price for the one day of my shop and then back down again - it goes to full price on the APG as soon as it can and I lose.

If you get to T, assuming it is convenient and not too costly for you - and also that it's a big store and not a T Express - you may find a clue on your T's SEL as to whether this offer is rolling over rather than ending today as was originally claimed online. If it just has the 2.50 price or has a longer expiry date on the shelf, then it may (probably will in the second case) reappear at 2.50 in a day or two's time and then this hopefully will be available on the APG again - therefore, on seeing that, perhaps refrain from buying at all but you will need to wait and be patient and give the APG extra time to pick up the offer again, at least a day after it reappears, we hope, on t.com. If the shelf says ending 5/12, then either they have not changed the shelf or the offer is ending in T today - you could then buy one from the shelf. Then again, it could be far better tomorrow if the shelf remains showing 2.50 and if they really are full price then (with DTD) but most probably you'll miss out as they'll change the price on the shelf.

This refers to the T&Cs, 14.1:
"...In exceptional circumstances, our prices and the prices of some or all of our Competitors may be updated after 12pm. In this scenario, prices reflected on your comparison will be the prices of the previous day." (We would very much like this to stay on "the prices of the previous day" to what is now showing on t.com on the current day!)

The APG doesn't update bang on 6am so slightly later shops may work but I wouldn't attempt them - I'm just trying to make sure that it is still on the T mbuy pricing (unless, as I say, there is an update for this afternoon that has yet to happen and will bring T full price with it).

I can guarantee, if I'd attempted this shopping against T, it would have failed.

It seems more than likely that Tetley Tea would work after all - if shops done at 3pm and checked at 5pm are working, it is more likely the 12pm update has happened and those prices will stay until 6am (shop before 4am in order to be able to check by then). No guarantees! Over an excess of 6 price, I would just shop at T.

EDIT: I think it might work now. I am changing my mind and, if I were shopping, I might now shop at A - I am teetering on the brink again, unclear as to which way I might fall.

Well went to my local shop n save shop which is on the small shops amex list. Bought some printing paper there and few bits to make it 10. Went to pay, and they say we dont accept amex. I said oh will leave it then. Then they pointed to a sign and said you can use amex but it cost 1.50. Anyone else had this. Needless to say I declined
