No I had the app already. It seems to send you a code if you check then don't buy immediately. There may be other discounts for new customers - 6.30 on tcb for signing up for zeek too .

CAnt get to sleep, too hot. Been in garden for an hour, nicely chilled, soon warm up when I get inside

Just thought I'd catch-up see what's going on and how folk are. Hope we're all getting plenty water.

Today I was jiggered by the heat and that was just sitting around. Busy doing nothing

Dave, you're quite a learned man, well I think you are. I am writing a piece about gangs in Northeast, still trawling for info.

My question to you is who during the 1960s did most of the demolition and clearance in Newcastle when the regeneration started? Would you be able to find out?

O'Brien could be worth a look for the demolition.

    Good morning all!

I am loving this gorgeous weather :-D.

I've got a half marathon this morning. Luckily it starts at 9am so hopefully I'll be finished before it gets tooooo hot. I think it's still going to be pretty warm though!

morning all, thanks for all the well wishes & hugs for my family. My sis is really struggling with it, and seems a bit like her family is all pulling in different directions instead of together, but they all will hopefully keep it together enough to work it all out.

ZIPPY Hugs & xxx thinking of you.
