    I am about to select which programme or film I will sleep through this evening .

    It sometimes takes multiple attempts to finish a programme .

    Thinking of my colleague who is doing a walking marathon in London, starting at midnight tonight, and my daughter who is doing a sponsored sleepout, also tonight, for the homeless shelter in her home town. You have my utmost respect, giving is the easy bit.

    IM not very fit at all, but I love London ,and would do a London walk with you, would have to be a walk though
