I love cheese but too much doesn't agree with me so try to be good - it's the kids that are the cheese fiends

The cheese in the plastic packs does need to be kept cool, but this does just the same, though you do have to remember to change the cool block/s once a day or so.

Waxed cheese does not need to be kept in the fridge. Just needs to be kept relatively cool.

We arrived at our usual caribbean holiday destination, after a good flight, to beautiful weather. Hot, sunny and gentle breezes, with overnight showers. Several boozy beach days with old school friends have been enjoyed
VT has arrived to join us, just for a week. As a true elite she found a really cheap flight, so couldn't not take advantage of it, and arrived yesterday. Lots of things planned for the week she is here. I'm sure she'll post about it when she gets home. There will probably be bear pics at some point lol.
