Injury Claim with Local Solicitor – any advice? 3rd Oct 17 at 11:17 AM

I had an accident nearly 2.5 y ago. the car was written off and I had a problem with a knee.
Later I had a rehabilitation and subsequent knee operation. I still have issues after some more strain.

I am planning to approach a solicitor to claim of insurance (3rd party fault).
I am planning to approach local solicitors to act on my behalf.

I think I am not interested in no-win no fee services, as I have full medical documentation and 3rd party fault is undisputed.
I understand I should look into it as time is running…

Can you advise me on fees and time-frames for solicitor’s service?
Should I still consider no-win no fee?
And any other things I should consider?

    Thank you and best regards,
