Statutory Redunancy - Calculated From Notice Date or End Date 16th Sep 17 at 4:19 PM
    Hi

If I am given my 3 month notice when I have worked somewhere for 2 years and 10 months, so then leave after 3 years and 1 month, do I get 2 years worth of redunancy or 3 years?

    Thanks

    Tim

Assuming you work your notice and your date of termination is after the 3 year mark, then 3 years.
I could see that, if not actually disgruntled, he was far from being gruntled. - P.G. Wodehouse
