    Afternoon all,
    I signed up for Virgin Media last month. I can see on Clearscore that Virgin Media have actually performed two hard searches on the same date.

    Is this normal?
    Can I get it resolved? If so, do I contact Virgin Media or Equifax?

    Are you SURE they were both hard searches? What exactly are these searches shown as?
