    hi

    I did put a claim with the above card company and was forwarded to the next step and no luck can you advise if I should try again

    If you mean the ombudsman, then if they have declined your complaint you cannot try again.

    What was the reason for your complaint, did you provide evidence?

    You get one bite of the cherry. If you have been declined by the firm and the ombudsman, then its game over. You dont get to complain again.

    The only valid reason you could have for attempting to re-open your complaint would be if you found new and compelling evidence that neither the Bank nor the Ombudsman considered with the original complaint.

    You have not found any such evidence, I presume?

    If you do attempt to "complain" again, therefore, you can expect in response a terse reiteration of the result of your earlier complaint.
