Reservation Fee 9th Sep 17 at 1:16 PM
    Good Afternoon

I wondered if anyone can help. Me and my partner have just reserved a Taylor Wimpey property due to be build May next year under help to buy. We paid our reservation fee of 500 and we are due to exchange mid December.

I just wanted to know whether the 500 comes off the deposit at exchange or not. We assumed it would but now questioning that thought.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Kind Regards
