    Hi all,

First of thanks to all that have helped me already.

I read the newbies section. That helped me appeal the fine I received around day 26 like it mentions. I used the template, so I asked them to cancel or provide a popla code. In their reply there was no popla code. The reply mentions the protection of freedoms act 2012. But the jist of the reply is I am liable as the keeper unless I provide them the drivers details.

Now I'm questioning what to do next, I'm thinking reply to their email reiterating my point to cancel or provide a popla code.
Or is it best to wait for their next move, see if they send me a notice to keeper?

    Thanks for reading
