    i have had a letter from a company called Arvato stating i owe 243.58 regarding paypal. I have phoned paypal and have no outstanding balance. I just wondered if anyone else had heard from them and what best to do. I don't want to keep getting letters or worse

    Send the provit letter to them.

    That will shed more light on the debt for you and if it's yours or if it's a mis-trace.
