UKPC, NTK still valid? 6th Sep 17 at 6:22 PM

I received a parking ticket at the end of May but received a notice to keeper a week ago. I had sent my appeal on day 26 as suggested in the newbies' thread but now I've received this.

It's been 83 days since the ticket is this NTK still valid, do I need to appeal again?

    Thank you in advance!

just appeal again and add a paragraph about the NTK being delivered late so POFA2012 does not apply

a few examples of such an appeal have been posted on here recently

Private Parking ticket? check the 2 sticky threads by coupon-mad and crabman in the Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking Board forum for the latest advice or maybe try pepipoo or C.A.G. or legal beagles forums if you need legal advice as well because this parking forum is not about debt collectors or legal matters per se

We hope you didn't send the appeal as a letter in the does that to a PPC!
PRIVATE PCN? DON'T PAY BUT DO NOT IGNORE IT TWO Clicks needed for advice:
Top of the page: Home>>Forums>Household & Travel>Motoring>Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking - read the 'NEWBIES' FAQS thread!
Advice to ignore is WRONG, unless in Scotland/NI.
