Hi, just a bit of advice please.
i am going bankrupt on the 26th this month when i get my final payment before Mat pay kicks in.
Do i need to put in full household income and TOTAL outgoings IE full rent or do i put in my expenditure and halve the bills?
my husband has outgoings of his own, do i take those off his contribution?
Also finally last couple of months i have contributed to a savings account in my husbands name, that we have used for baby items and last month it was used towards buying a car for my husband for work as he sold his old works van. How will the OR view this?
