I have not seen this mentioned elsewhere, they have caught up with their renewable payments. https://utilityweek.co.uk/eversmart-energy-confirms-met-renewables-obligation/

it was over 200. i was never paying enough on direct debit, an amount that was set by them, thought it was a bit low, £44 a month. but only had just moved in so left it. no option to alter it on their basic site so thought would just sort it out on final billing. but had to sort it sooner. should switch start of may so final bill should not be too much.
Just need to log in to see account now, when asked "when will web site be working" got answer "we dont know" ????????

If 7th is your normal date then today, 5th, is the submission date as 7th is on a non working day - I figured out their system !

It's working this morning - just downloaded my latest bill so I've got a copy for when the account goes down again.

TBH I don't know what their system thinks my password is now, I've tried changing it so many times.

This is using Chrome. I'll try Edge when I get home, just to see.

Edit: Just tried using Internet Explorer 11, here at work - going to their website shows a really weird homepage. Big blank at the top, then icons about switching. No log-in option anywhere and at the bottom, a long vertical black bar in the middle of a blank screen. Obviously broken for Explorer 11 users.
