    EDIT; I note from your forum signature that you were bankrupt in 2009:

    Do realise that bankrupts are not able to gain anything personally from PPI complaints.

    Any redress belongs to the Official Receiver for redistribution to your former creditors.

    Any complaint you might make is therefore a waste of your time...
