    Hi I am looking to put a deposit down on a plot for a new build house with Bellway soon and was curious if anyone has bought a house from Bellway before how where they , where they reliable etc ?

    There's another thread called "new build developers discussion" that may be of interest.

    Have a look on Facebook and see if the development you are looking at has a residents group - you may be able to speak to some existing residents at that development. That's the only way to really know what the experience is like on the development - ask people there! These companies are different across the country depending on their local teams :-)

    Build quality is good, aftersales service thus far has caused no complaints.
