Haven't even got out of bed yet and I'm irritated.
-The badly behaved cat peed in the laundry basket so all my summer clothes have had to go back in the wash and I'll have to wear jeans today.
-I've pulled a muscle in my leg and have to drag it behind me, quasimodo style
-OH ate all the bread so I can't have toast for breakfast

At work we have a "Simply Thanks" thing to recognise what someone has done that helps, teaches or motivates.
Yet my suggestion we also set up "Stuff You"s has been turned down as too negative... I think it could be terrifyingly informative & incidentally not cost us anything (unlike the simply thanks) but somehow I doubt my simple idea will be allowed to fly.

Currently sat at work, where they have set up temporary 3 way traffic lights outside my office window, and the constant very loud noise of running engines is driving me to distraction It's a listed building, the windows are rattling

I keep getting emails purporting to be from ITV Hub, the first saudni hadn't used it for a while and should click a link to keep my account.

I didn't, but went to my app. I've had three more since, today's saying goodbye to me, since my account has been deactivated. It hasn't.

Not a new thing but I don't think I've whinged about it on here before:

Ebay trying to be clever by selecting specific categories when I run a search (which I then have to de-select to see all categories), and even more annoying setting the completely useless 'best match' as the default item listing order.

    The DWP.
Having repeatedly over many months told them that someone cannot access the online system, they've finally agreed to let the information be dealt with another way.

Once the person has given consent.

    By accessing the online system.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Went to put a plug onto a imported device I got a few years back that I always wanted to use.

Cut the old end off no problem, cut the wire to perfect size.

So whats the problem? The screw is so tight on the connector on new plug I can't remove it!

As if Brexit was not bad enough now the news is full of #ExtinctionRebellion which seems to be a lot of posh middle class people protesting about the climate, as a result they are treat a little more kindly by the media than good old Swampy used to be in the past. The internet has a lot to answer for kicking up these movements and screwing up our elections...
