Ebay vouchers 14th Jun 17 at 6:30 PM
Got an email with a 10 voucher saying minimum spend 20 using paypal etc. Does the minimum spend include the voucher, i.e. could I buy something for 20 and reduce it to 10 or do I need to spend 30. The t&c's in the email aren't clear and I'm sure I've fallen foul of their t&c's before.

Without seeing the T&C in full impossible to guess - could you paste them here or provide a link?
