Parkingeye PCN 12th Jun 17 at 6:51 PM
I received PCN from Parkingeye for overstaying in a car park.
The max stay in that car park is 20 min but the driver stayed more than that,
they have taken pictures of the car entering and leaving the car park.
it is a small car park later the driver realized that there are many signs in every direction.
My question is there any hope that the appeal would be successful?
since there are many signs and they got the pictures of the car.
I have read the Newbies thread. I will be grateful for further advice.

You need to read up the newbies FAQ thread to see how to deal with this - by way of popla

No-one can give you a reliable answer to your query.

But you will see lots of popla successes on the forum.

Private Parking ticket? check the 2 sticky threads by coupon-mad and crabman in the Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking Board forum for the latest advice or maybe try pepipoo or C.A.G. or legal beagles forums if you need legal advice as well because this parking forum is not about debt collectors or legal matters per se

My question is there any hope that the appeal would be successful?
Almost all POPLA appeals here, win.
PRIVATE PCN? DON'T PAY BUT DO NOT IGNORE IT TWO Clicks needed for advice:
Top of the page: Home>>Forums>Household & Travel>Motoring>Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking - read the 'NEWBIES' FAQS thread!
Advice to ignore is WRONG, unless in Scotland/NI.
