    Has anyone else had a letter advising them their sort code will be changing over the coming months.

    Exactly. It's to do with ring-fencing. The vast majority will be unaffected, a small percentage of customers will have their sort code migrated.

    I'm to get the letter according to online banking, but it hasn't arrived yet.

    I've had a letter over the weekend from Barclays regarding my sort code change happening between 7-8 October but the letter doesn't say what my new sort code will be.

    It's all part of them changing things to comply with recent legislation. It's legit. Once of the last things that I remember getting fed out to staff before I left.
