Renting: Question about credit check/referencing 10th Jun 17 at 3:03 PM
I'm currently in an AST with under 6 months left, however the property isn't suitable for me on health grounds. I'm hoping to surrender the tenancy, if that's not possible I would fulfill any obligation to pay the rent however.

If I submit an application on another property, will the fact the AST is still standing effect my chances of securing another tenancy? Will the new letting agent be able to find out about it?

    Thanks
