Been raining here much earlier and in the night. Heavy clouds and warm, with sunny intervals. Quite nice really. been outside doing some much needed outside jobs.

We reached the giddy heights of 12oC today but unfortunately the wind is blowing a gale out there.

Been glorious here today - a lovely Spring day. Shame I had to spend it in the office but I'm glad I put my washing on the line before I left for work.

Today's high of 29.1C was recorded at St James's Park in central London. It came very near to the record for April which is 29.4 C on 16 April 1949 Camden Square (London)

Due to change in the weather I have spent the last 2 days wearing my short sleeved uniform tops .. others wear short sleeves all round the year and as a result have cranked up the air con to bloody cold!! I had goosebumps at work, untill I went out and it was really warm. I am on a day off tomorrow and hubby has booked the day off at short notice so we can enjoy a day out in good weather!!

Overcast, breezy and a bit chilly, but that's better than too hot!

Me and the cook arrived in Skopje, Macedonia last night.

    It's roasting...

Not far outside the city are snow covered mountains, beautiful place, and inexpensive.
