G24 PCN, online appeal issue 19th Apr 17 at 6:56 PM
My husband has received a PCN from G24, I've done the template letter and tried to use their online appeal process but on the website when I put the PCN number in it says it can't find it. Does this mean these idiots don't have a record of it?

what should I do at this stage, ignore it? or send the letter through the post?, I'm concerned if I send a letter when they haven't recorded the details it will just encourage them to respond

The advice re IPC cases (if a windscreen ticket) is to wait for a postal PCN, so is this a postal PCN?
PRIVATE PCN? DON'T PAY BUT DO NOT IGNORE IT TWO Clicks needed for advice:
Top of the page: Home>>Forums>Household & Travel>Motoring>Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking - read the 'NEWBIES' FAQS thread!
Advice to ignore is WRONG, unless in Scotland/NI.
