Glad you enjoyed your trip to see family.
Shame about the F&F offer rejection but it was a very low offer. If you can go up a bit higher they may go for it next time.

Thank you. It was a very low offer and a cheeky one so I wasn't expecting it to be accepted. They offered a £2k discount which I thought was fair but I can't afford it at the moment. I'm going to leave it for a bit and try and add to the fund.Hiddenidenity wrote: »Well done on the savings/pads

Todays pads:
£1.31 to Mortgage
£4.00 to savings

Mortgage rates are up, so ours will be going up soon If I remember rightly it's only about £15 a month, so not the end of the world.
Now that I've got some savings, it would be nice to see a bit of a rise there though
I'm delighted to say that for the first time in about 8 years I have a dining table :T :T It's been buried under a pile of stuff for as long as we've lived here. I've cleared out some stuff, moved around a bit and now there's enough room for the kids to sit there and eat/craft/do homework etc. :j Whilst clearing the junk I have sorted some more bits for ebay too. It also means we should be able to get rid of the highchair now too
Trying to get some listing done before I start dinner."If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney0 -

Well they didn't waste any time! The new mortgage rate is showing in my account, but not the new payment amount yet.
1 parcel posted today. Also some baby wipes to return as they are faulty (got £6 in vouchers for the privilege!). I also complained about getting the wrong item in a bag from the bakery at Morrisons and have supposedly been credited 10,000 points (£10) for that to my card, but they are not showing yet."If you can dream it, you can do it". Ah, thank you, I was wondering how long to leave it before I complained (again!). I'll give it a few days then."If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney0
