What can i say regarding exercise i am a tad mental, and i have to do this now i cant let my mate down. I find running not easy but i have a good running coach. I know my mate used the charity and so did i after he passed.

Everything is going fine btw i just whacked my runs a week on sunday get donating peeps. I am all set for my run i did another large last week 13.2 miles in 2hours 15mins.

Survey wise i have had 5 quid off opinion outpost. Thats it really.

The only thing narking me at the minute public transport 2 years of 90 minute trips to work and from work is grating on me. I am thinking of doing my direct access to buy a motorbike

Hi I am sort of ready lol I have picked up a bit of a chest infection/head cold but I was at the docs yesterday and antibiotics are kicking its butt lol. I will be fine for Sunday, I am getting sick of the sight of fresh oj but yes I am ready. I think doing 10 shifts in 12 knocked me for 6.

Survey wise I will do an update later.

Fingers crossed you're fighting fit in time for your run Scott. These things always hit us at the worst time.

Hopefully you'll not have another run of 10 shifts anytime soon!

Thanks guys the run was brilliant. I did it in 2hours and 23mins. It was really good but at 10.5 miles I really really started to struggle Kielder is a very very hard half marathon it is an extremely hilly trail run. The last 2miles was a run/walk/run/walk job, as my legs had nothing left in them, I am suffering a bit today blistered and in dire need of new feet.

It was an awesome experience though getting shouted on by Steve Cram at the 11mile marker was brilliant, and Daley Thompson was in the finish area getting his pic taken with people.

I had my little helpers and cheering squad with me lol New Lady lol

    Money update

Re Surveys I have had 5.75 come in from prolific academic, 2.50 come in from opinion outpost and the grand total of 50p lol from Top Cashback. I am also waiting for 5quid arriving from Swagbucks I will update my signature in a tick.

Re me the only update I have is I have booked in my motorbike cbt in for November which is going to cost me 95quid. I have a motorbike in mind see link below I am pig sick of using buses, putting up with drunk people and standing around freezing me butt off is really really grating on me now.
