Money wise its being a spend day for me lol i bought at 9ish 3 big bottles of coors i needed it after my day. Also i well into the weights in the gym again so i spent 15quid on some ironwoody pilates bands they are a warm up band touch wood since i started using them no back or shoulder niggles.

I clicked 7.50 today from surveys £2.50 from opinion outpost and 5 from Swagbucks. Both went straight in my savings as i have to ring stepchange tomorrow due to the work pay issues. I think stepchange will be getting a reduced amount this month.

pa i am just waiting on 1.50 dropping then i have 8 or 9 quid that i will drop straight away

See your surveys are going well as usual. I have been very absent from mine .

Sorry about your latest lady , you are right to be honest with her about how you feel/think.

Are you still doing any cycling ?

Not getting paid right is not on hope you get sorted with stepchsnge.

Yeah i walked away she spat the dummy a tiny bit Cumbria but i will be honest it felt wrong. I was expecting her to turn up here next with scott tattooed on her arm or to wake up after a night out with J tattooed on me lol

Cycling wise no i have gone full on back into bodybuilding training, my bikes became a bit of a cash cow really so its in the shop at the minute.

It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.

Oh poor Scott. I think you are right to call it a day with this lady. Speaking from past experience, somebody like that does not change easily. The deeper in you go with the relationship the more possessive they become.

Hope you’re shaking off the lurgy.

Thanks guys i hope you two had a nice Xmas too.

Mine has being good in one sense bad in another, i spent xmas eve and xmas day with my parents and son who has being up from Kent. The bad part is i have being working most of it ie i was working xmas eve/boxing day and i am in tonight and 28th into the 29th.

Its self inflicted as i have being money grabbing ie xmas overtime double and treble time.
