    Keeper data was applied for on same day as alleged offence, 24-06-16 by S Cohen.

    The date of alleged offence was 24-6-16 and the NTK was sent on 14-07-16 and received by us on 17-07-16.

    Acknowledgement sent off but no court date given.

    Think I need to send a defence in within next 14 days, any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Does the paperwork allege Keeper Liability (some do) and if so, you should be onto the DVLA ASAP.

    Create an account on a web hosting site, but not in your real name.
    Upload the redacted images you want to post.
    When you click on the uploaded image you should be given several options. One of these will be the URL. You copy that line beginning/ending URL, it may be in a text box named URL.

    Paste the copied URL into your post.

    Submit your post.

    They are outside the 14 days to hold the Keeper liable so you should drop a line to the DVLA asking them to investigate the false claims on the UKPE paperwork. Will save you a lot of hassle if you get the DVLA on your side.

    Seconded. Send a copy of that Notice to keeper to:

    david.dunford@dvla.gsi.gov.uk

    ...and point out the paragraph alleging that they have the right to recover the charge from the keeper recipient, after 28 days from service, when in fact this is untrue because the NTK wasn't even posted until 3 weeks after the alleged parking event.

    Hi everyone,

    have had a letter from Gladstones solicitor saying the following.

    We act for the claimant and have notified the court of our clients intention to proceed with the claim.

    Please find enclosed a copy of our clients completed directions questionnaire, which will be filed with the court upon their request. You will note we intend to request a special direction that the case be dealt with on papers and without the need for an oral hearing.

    This request is sought simply because the matter is in our clients opinion relatively straight forward and the costs incurred by both parties for attending an oral hearing would be disproportionate. We trust you agree.

    You will note that our client has elected not to mediate. its decision is not meant to be in any way obstructive and is based purely on experience, as Mediation has rarely proved beneficial in these types of cases. Notwithstanding this our client would be happy to listen to any genuine payment proposals that you wish to put forward.
