Well I am hoping to enjoy it.
I suggested to my wife that on her way home she could bring me some crisps if she wanted because I'm so miserable with this cold bug!

No! Half a crisp and five drops of wine is quite enough!

(Says she who has just guzzled some Vienneses! )
    Fast day tomorrow, though.

Had a high protein yogurt today and it was horrible.
Had a creme caramel and it was horrible.
Then had my l leftover stir fry and that was nice.

I can see a pattern here!

I'm force-feeding myself dairy stuff to see if I react.
Bought some cheese, but haven't eaten any yet.

There were two in the bed,
    And the little one said
    "Roll Over, Roll Over".
    So they both rolled over
    And Sleazy fell out,
    Fell on the floor
And let out a shout ....

Now he can't get back to sleep and has got up to save disturbing wife who must rise at 5-30 to attend her place of forced Labour!

Not sneezing quite so much, but have swollen glands, sore throat and earache.
Won't be going out today or doing much either

I'm already building a case to have more wine later ...

Good morning all btw - hope that everybody slept ok.

World Federation of Hemophilia - Our work

For over 50 years, the WFH has been working globally to close the
gap in care between those who receive proper treatment and those
who do not. We do this through a range of programs to develop
sustainable national care programs in 97 countries.

    What we do:

    Increase accurate laboratory diagnosis

    Achieve government support through advocacy

Improve medical expertise and care delivery through training

Increase access to safe treatment products

Building a strong national patient organization through capacity
    building

Tracking and reporting patient health outcomes through data
    collection

In all our development activities, we build a winning coalition
made up of national governmental bodies, health care
professionals, patient group leaders, people with bleeding
    disorders, and our volunteers.

    Bat Appreciation Day

What are bats doing now: April

Bats have mainly come out of hibernation and are hungry and
active, feeding most nights. They may be moving between
    several roosts.

Bats are fascinating animals – the only true flying mammal. There
are over 1,300 species of bats in the world, and more are still
being discovered. Bats account for more than a quarter of
mammal species in the UK and around 20% of all mammal species
    worldwide.

Bats play an essential part in the natural world and are indicators
of a healthy environment. Their future is directly linked to our
quality of life and the quality of our environment.

Approximately 25% of the world's bats are threatened with
extinction. A least 12 bat species in the world, such as the Puerto
Rican flower bat, have already become extinct. In the UK, bats
face threats ranging from predation to crime and loss of habitat.
UK bats and their roosts are protected by law.

In the UK, the Bat Conservation Trust, nearly 100 local bat groups
and thousands of volunteers work to care for bats, monitor bat
populations, create bat-friendly gardens and answer questions
about these amazing creatures. Join us today!
