    Hi All

    This is a shocking company and cannot believe MSE would supprt an offer from this company/ The email address doesnt work to get through them - no telephone number and then this is my Live Chat with them after asking why my parcel wasnt collected on Tuesday (with delivery on Wednesday):

    Karra: Hello Barry
    Barry: I need an update on P2G314**** as there is no tracking info available on the website.
    Karra: Can you give me a minute or two to look into this for you?

    Karra: thank you
    Karra: Can you confirm that this parcel has been collected Barry?
    Barry: No I cant - can you?
    Karra: I can also not see any tracking for the parcel which usually means it hasn't been collected. There are two things that I can do in this case, I can rebook the collection however, it may be that it has been collected and the tracking hasn't updated in which case I would need to email the courier to find out and a response can take 1-2 working days.
    Karra: I would advising checking with the sender as to whether this has been collected and if not, get back in contact with us and we can rebook the collection.
    Barry: Well thats a very poor service.
    Barry: If you cant tell me if its been picked up or not then there is no point in using P2GO is there?
    Karra: The tracking usually only updates once its been collected as the tracking number is not in the system until then. By all means I can rebook the collection for you now, but if it has in fact been collected, this can cause confusion.
    Barry: Please rebook!

    Didn't work for me just now. It accepted the code and said "congratulations you are saving 5" but failed to deduct it from the 18.36 due. Tried the Live Chat but there was a queue so had to leave it and pay the full amount to get the order in for collection today.

    Have had a message from Sam above that 5 is to be refunded to me. I was happy with the collection - UPS were at my door 2 hours after I placed the order. Hopefully the parcel will be delivered ok & I will get the refund and then I will be very happy as it was a good price.

    Hi

    DO NOT USE PARCELS 2 GO!!

    They are unbeliveablely poor if things go wrong and the only way to contact them is via live chat, which they hide behind instead of offering proper customer service. They have lost parcels on two seperate occasions and accepted no liability what so ever and every time i tried to get compensation they kept hanging up on live chat!!! I eventually got an email saying i was due a refund for the postage not the item they had incorrectly delivered to the wrong address!! Three monbths later still not got in my account, given up trying to contact them because it makes me to angry!! NEVER EVER USING THEM AGAIN. Martin Lewis stop promoting this company they are shysters!
