Addendum: I have changed the name again as I am planning to chill out now I have savings and am going to continue to save for happy times. lol.

OMG I was too scared to get out of bed as I thought Labour would have hardly any votes. I am so happy we have a viable opposition again.

I am so biased and am wondering if Theresa May do more damage to the Conservatives if she stays as PM or if she steps down? Is there really any chance of Boris being appointed? The man is a nutter in my opinion. If he is appointed the Tories will continue to be the laughing stock of Europe and he will kill the NHS

Don't worry when I first moved in here my carpets were as old as my house and older than you and me combined!!!!!

Builder has gone to pick up my new coat fleabay from post office and also first chest of drawers. The owners of chest of drawers live in a house in the middle of nowhere! I hope he can find it.

The first set of drawers came this morning, they were much bigger than I had thought they would be but they look great. My delivery driver couldn't collect the second chest of drawers - my new dressing table so to speak as he was worried about he size so the sellers have kindly agreed to deliver it to me tomorrow.

Dead excited to move all my stuff in tomorrow.

I have had to resell the new gorgeous coat as I am too fat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WAAAAAAAAAAH.

I am so glad the house is nearly tidy. My store room needs a good going through as I put loads in there but the majority of the house is done. I would like to mow the grass this week too. Only a few weeks then we have summer holidays I can't wait. I will have a wage drop next year but hopefully I will still have a job I hope.

I had a looooong day today at work but I achieved all I'd planned to. I will not have a day off this week I don't think. I will see if I can take two days next week in lieu.

My ebay buyer collected the biggest of my for sale items of furniture today and the house is so airy right now!!!

No more buying anything now I am counting the pennies till payday.

I will have four days off starting this evening! Jobs to do-

    Washing
    Ironing
    Mow grass
    Paint garden table
    Fit new hoover bags
Try to sort out spare room

My new job will mean lots of unpaid work over the summer holidays but at least I have a job and I am alive and have so much to be grateful for. I keep thinking of those poor people in Grenfell Tower in the horrific fire that did not make it.

It's horrific isn't it SW. Reminds you to be grateful for what you have I think.

I have tomorrow off work too I have been so exhausted this week at work and haven't been sleeping very well either. I hope you will have some time to relax and enjoy the weather too

Is it work you can do from home in the summer holidays or do you have to go in ?

I am hoping that I can do most of it from home but will need to pop in a few times.

I just did a 17 pound shop in Asda. I have bought some healthy food for the weekend but forgot Weetabix which was the reason I went! lol.

Hello, today I mowed grass (exhausting), did one load of washing which dried nicely on the line, helped the builder level some soil in the back part of the garden, cooked some lovely chicken.

Now I am resting. I am going to do projects for the next few days as I have 3 days off.

Tomorrow I will start some ironing. It is glorious outside, I hope it is like this in the summer as I would like to pretend I am far away somewhere abroad.

It has been a lovely weather today I've been in and out with washing and more rubbish. Sounds like you had a busy day SW, wouldn't it be lovely to be on a tropical beach somewhere I'd love a dip in a cool sea or a pool right now

I am, I have done washing, hung it up and ironed. I have to clean bathroom and then start clearing in the store room.

Tomorrow I am visiting a carboot and then plan to paint garden table. Fingers crossed I can do it. Now I am watering garden as it has been 26 degrees today.
