    Quiche, carrots, peas, sprouts, cauliflower, parsnips, mash, I thought about broccoli but no roomon plate....

    Sprouts were a bloody pain to peel tonight

    Quinoa and brocolli bake, boiled potatoes, sweetpotato and squash chunks, and some chana masala ... didn't have naan bread, so half a bap with butter sufficed. Now wine as you would expect after a spicy meal!

    My bean bake recipe
    Onion
    tin of mixed beans
    tin of chickpeas
    tin of chopped tomatoes
    mushrooms
    half a courgette
    soy sauce
    smoked paprika
    garlic

    I forgot to add a handful of red lentils.

    Topping was one slice of wholemeal bread blended with Parmesan and a mini babybel.
