    Mixed meat Indian curry of no fixed recipe, I just used what I had on the spice rack and mixed it up with some tomatoes, onions, lamb and chicken

    Chicken tikka vindaloo, pilau rice, chips & garlic naan. washed down with mango lassi, followed with Ben & Jerry's Fish Food.
    A totally unhealthy, but tasty meal.

    I made a vegetarian Katsu curry with sticky rice and sweet potato wedges, but have since snacked on cheese and pickle rolls, garlic bread and oven chips, so I'm not really hungry!

    I am looking forward to my mccain roast potatoes in goose fat with onion, garlic and thyme flavouring. They are awesome. Also have some strawberries and extra thick double cream.
