    Was going to have veal saltimbocca from Iceland, found languishing at bottom of the freezer. But my stomach doesn't seem happy with the Polish herrings in sour cream that I had for lunch.

    Burger for 'er with baked potato. For me, hard boiled eggs with a bit of salad and potato I reckon.

    Being prepared now as boss wants to eat early and try this'fasting' thing.
    For me, I just need to lose half a ton or so ....
