    Burger for 'er with baked potato. For me, hard boiled eggs with a bit of salad and potato I reckon.

    Being prepared now as boss wants to eat early and try this'fasting' thing.
    For me, I just need to lose half a ton or so ....

    Still love the smell of well cooked meat, even though I haven't eaten meat for a while. Wouldn't take too much to make me revert ..... about 20 years ago I went veggie for a year and then a friend baked a chicken pie ..... two years + this time, so we'll see. Couldn't do vegan though. Wife eats meat just about every day ..
