    Three choices in life; Give up, Give in or Give all you've got!! 6th Nov 14 at 4:53 PM
    This is my 2nd diary on MSE. My first diary, "When I asked for luck I didn't mean the bad variety!!" has to be closed as it's reached over 5000 posts!! It can be found here;

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=3911061

    In 2011 my Husband had a motorcycle accident resulting in a severe brain injury, memory problems and Epilepsy. Unfortunately he is getting worse not better and I am now his full time Carer, which can be challenging, but I'm ever grateful he is still here! I also have 2 boys aged 10 and almost 5, a part time job and I'm currently a Beaver Leader but I've just given notice to leave at Christmas (as much as it pains me!) as I just can't manage that too. The last 3.5 years have been hard going for lots of reasons, but worth it. Every day may not be good, but there's something good in every day!!

    At the time of the accident we owed over £23,700 on credit cards and we currently owe just over £3000. Hopefully this diary will see us getting debt free forever! I hope you'll join me.

    Lucky Xx

    Thanks Wannabe. Swimming was a bust. 84 people in the queue infront of us . No thank you.

    At least that should make today a NSD . Every cloud and all....Xx

    I know!! They let people in every 15 minutes for 45 minute slots when itís busy, so that wouldíve meant waiting over an hour and then the pool being super busy once we were in!

    Thanks all .

    Yesterday was indeed a NSD. Always a bonus! Today probably wonít be as we need pop, bread and cat litter. Car is running on fumes too .

    Not sure what we are up to today yet either. Cold and windy outside.

    Happy Valentines Day everyone

    Didnít do a great deal in the end today. Housework and shopping at Mr Tís is about the sum of it. Used 10p off a litre voucher for diesel so about £3 saved. DH bought me a rose for valentineís day using that same £3 .

    Grandma should be home by the weekend .

    Won £25 on the lotto last night . Spent some of it taking the kids trampolining and then bought pizza for their tea. DH and I had pasta as Iím still hoping for a loss on the scales again tomorrow.

    Also received the £50 cheque Iíve been waiting on from a survey site . Will bank that straight into Florida fund. Almost at cash out on two other sites too .

    Canít believe itís Friday tomorrow. Quickest half term ever .

    Lost 2lbs today . DH lost 4lbs and is exactly at his Target weight .

    Very annoyed tonight. My poor friend went to visit her daughterís grave (my Goddaughter), to find it absolutely covered in tonnes of earth by the grave diggers creating a new grave nearby. She rang to complain and they laughed at her and hung up . So disrespectful and just no need. For the sake of a few more steps they couldíve put the earth on a patch of grass to the side of Mís grave. Disgusting behaviour!
