We only saw one room. It seemed to be wooden and was painted deep blue.

Up to date on everything except Big Bang Theory and Young Sheldon now.
OH and I will watch the final Shetland tonight.

Oh, the pleasures of ad-less television after the UsA!

Oh my word, did he ever need a hug! But the interaction between him & Oliver was so good, both having the courage to tell the truth, painful as it was.

Does this mean we have actually got rid of Essie?

I get that Oliver and Henrik were being honest but it was all a bit convoluted and difficult to follow at times. Maybe I should stop watching it late at night when I get in from doing other things.

Surely to goodness, we are not losing Jac and Ollie, as well as Essie!

    Won!!!8217;t be Holby without Jac!

As usual important staff members leaving without giving notice.

I didn't expect Henrik to get violent with Fletch, nor Ollie to be so rude to him.

Is Professor Gaskill hiding something? There was that scene last week or week before of him in the morgue.

I don't know who I find more irritating, Essie or that physio who's a patient.

And why is Roxanne always wearing the same outfit?

Seemed to be exceptionally graphic theatre scenes this week. I had to keep turning away.

I just hope that physio is not going to be a regular cast member.

Bring back Elliott, Mo and Derwood!

    New nurses needed, too.

It's a good job it's not a box set thing like so much is nowadays because I reckon I would be naughty and binge.

What did you all think of that new CEO?

Horrible at the mo, but I bet she will turn into 'a much loved colleague' in the good old soap tradition.

I was not as moved by Casualty as expected as the episode had been over-promoted. Sorry to lose a good North Walian accent though. I loved the way the toddler showed excitement when passed to Robyn. I wonder if she is her child really.

She seemed a bit out of her depth to be honest but I expect we'll see a more steely side soon. Surely?

Casualty -it's as though the previous week's drama has been forgotten and even more about the family from hell with Ethan's dilemma with the pregnant g/f, wonder if that'll be the end of that storyline or one day his guilt will get the better of him and he'll confess to someone other than Connie?

I was getting a bit irritated with the cake saga in Holby more than the CEO, at least Roxanne has changed her clothes finally although a similar style.

Roxanna's mini skirt is more to be expected on a Y9 rebellious girl than a medical consultant.

I couldn't get interested in last night's Holby and kept leaving the room to go to the kitchen.

How did the rest of you get on with it?

I think Hugh Quarshie must have some theatre work planned.

Darwin used to be crawling with doctors, two consultants and two registrars, let alone odd F1s. Now it is staffed by Fletch and Frieda with the odd visit from the CEO.

    Get more real, Holby!

    • Didn't think much of the guy with the addiction problem. One week of him and his daughter was more than enough.
    • I just can't like Roxanna or Professor Whatsit. Isn't it strange that they stick to storylines like that but the characters we like end up leaving.
    • The new CEO doesn't seem like a doctor at all. She doesn't seem to even have learned to act like a surgeon.
    • The transgender girl story seemed very contrived.

It did make me laugh when Ric said something like 'I can't just walk out of Holby'. I was shouting at the tv 'Why ever not, everyone else does!'
