The Good Morning Thread 5th Apr 14 at 6:17 AM
Well, we've got a goodnight thread so let's have a good morning one as well.

    Good morning everybody
Me and the dog have had our morning constitutional and shortly I shall be venturing forth to the big Tesco to do my fortnightly shop. When I get home I've got 3 hours work related admin and paperwork to do

The weather here is a bit nippy but at least there's no fog.

Yes but Stoke is quite a way north-east from there.

Although there are mountains in the way, I suppose.

Ludlow might be a more central option, though. Ludlow is nice.

I'll have to carry them with me and put them on at the appropriate time. These shoes are not really made for walking

Well, that is, I remember what it is, but I never had to do it! Cars had moved on from the guy with the red flag by then!

Mind you, when I first learned to drive, I was taught to change down from 4th (not many 5th gears then) by going through 3rd, then 2nd and into 1st, not skipping out gears like you can do now.

When I got a car again after a very long gap, that took a bit of getting used to!
