    Well, we've got a goodnight thread so let's have a good morning one as well.

    Good morning everybody
    Me and the dog have had our morning constitutional and shortly I shall be venturing forth to the big Tesco to do my fortnightly shop. When I get home I've got 3 hours work related admin and paperwork to do

    The weather here is a bit nippy but at least there's no fog.

    Still feeling sorry for myself, had a week off running to get my leg better ... tried a run on Sat, and now it really hurts again! Another weeks rest needed

    Its only got another week and a half and it will have to be running again as I have a trail marathon to race!

    Erm, I have been injured for months, but as I was training for my marathon I didn't want to stop and get it better. But now that I have finished that I wanted to have a week or 2 to try and get it better. I've had a week off and it still hurts
