    Well, we've got a goodnight thread so let's have a good morning one as well.

    Good morning everybody
    Me and the dog have had our morning constitutional and shortly I shall be venturing forth to the big Tesco to do my fortnightly shop. When I get home I've got 3 hours work related admin and paperwork to do

    The weather here is a bit nippy but at least there's no fog.

    Morning all!

    Just got back from the docs for my hip xray results. As expected - early arthritis plus some bone spurs. Nothing major but because it's pretty much my whole spine and pelvis, it causes a few more problems!

    Don't forget that pain over the hip joint can also be coming from the spine, either as referred pain, or as nerve pain.

    Aw Flick, at least the xrays show what was cause, excuse my ignorance but is there anything that can be done to help?
