The Good Morning Thread 5th Apr 14 at 6:17 AM
Well, we've got a goodnight thread so let's have a good morning one as well.

    Good morning everybody
Me and the dog have had our morning constitutional and shortly I shall be venturing forth to the big Tesco to do my fortnightly shop. When I get home I've got 3 hours work related admin and paperwork to do

The weather here is a bit nippy but at least there's no fog.

    Hot hot hot hot hot.

Had to emerge from bedroom ( where aircon machine is) to prep veg and boil up some stock.

Hate doing that, but want to get the scraps into the food waste bin for tomorrow's collection, so that it's not hanging around in the heat.

Sat down with a cuppa and was boiling! And haven't even sipped the tea yet!

    Melt melt melt.

No way I'm going out in this. I'd be a puddle by the time I got to the end of the road!

Shame as there was a sort of festival thing on locally. I dunno! Either the weather stops you going because it's raining, or it stops you going because it's sunning! (Too much!)

COULD WE PLEASE HAVE SOME MIDDLING WEATHER???

    It'll probably snow next.
That'd go well with the mad weather we've been having!

Haven't done that for a while!

It was a slippery little blighter, and I was doing it quickly, due to being HOT AGAIN!

I lost a shoe and tripped over on the way back from the pub last night. Absolutely pitch black. Took me ages to find my shoe. Got home, thought I'd only grazed my elbow only to find my shoe squelching full of blood. Toes ripped to pieces on the tarmac.

Mind you, I'd be allright! I don't like muffins, and I don't like chocolate chips.

    I is weird!

I bought some very expensive granola stuff once, not realising it had cocoa nibs in it, and I spent twenty minutes painstakingly picking them all out!
