We have a what's irritating you thread, and I think we need a thread for things that have made us smile, etc.

Me - well, we have a puppy who is now 8 months. I let her out this morning and was hoping to keep the door open for her to come in. But it was too windy. I was stood by the door waiting for her, expecting to see her come down the steps.

I then heard a tap at the door. She'd come down the steps, which I hadn't seen and tapped to be let in. She also taps to go out.

My dog has been driven daft by the smell of the oatmeal biscuits that I baked on Tuesday for my walking group to celebrat Burns Night today
The smell has lingered on until this morning and he keeps wondering what it is and looking at me with those begging eyes asking to taste whatever it is that he can smell

    Happy Burns Night everyone

Hubby went for a haircut today, and due to his normal person being off sick he saw another member of staff and had to explain what he meant by 'his usual'. However something got lost in translation, along with most of his eyebrows!

Very pleased with Bailie's behaviour this morning. Despite quite severe provocation from a land shark she kept her head and didn't react

For some reason I always pictured Bailie as being golden in colour! And more Golden Retriever than Labrador. Don't know why ... but it's a reminder to me not to assume ...

Of course, there are a few which don!!!8217;t fit the rule - caffeine, protein and I forget the other.

Weird is two syllables anyway. I!!!8217;m not sure where the name Keith comes from. Neil is DS' middle name and he was forever misspelling it when young.

Hmmm why didn!!!8217;t the picture copy, too?
